A gastronomical Sardinian saturday cookery class with award winning chef Francesco Mazzei at L`Anima.

The menu:
Lobster Catalana
Malloreddus with artichoke sauce and bottarga
Wood oven roasted turbot with cherry tomatoes and Tropea onions
Sebadas with honey ice cream and mosto cotto

The Wines:
Vermentino Capichera
Nieddeera di Sardegna
Angialis Argiolas

we were greeted with cappuccinos, freshly baked warm bread and pastries - try not too eat too much, so much more delights to come!
